Pre-Boarding Preparations and Procedures

1. Install the Leave Home Safe mobile application

   

2. Completion records of the two doses of vaccination (for travelers over 16 years old) / If you unable to get the vaccine due to health reasons, a doctor’s certificate is required

   • On/before 8Feb2022 sailing: Passengers between the ages of 12 and 17* must ensure that they have received one dose of Sinovac Covid-19 vaccine or one dose of BioNTech's new coronavirus disease vaccine 14 days before sailing.
   • On/after 9Feb2022 sailing: Passengers between the ages of 12 and 17* must ensure that they have received two doses of Sinovac Covid-19 vaccine or one dose of BioNTech's new coronavirus disease vaccine 14 days before sailing.

3. Passengers must arrange for the Covid-19 PCR nucleic acid test at their own expense, and provide a certificate showing negative results on the day of departure

   • The sample must be collected within 48 hours before departure (starting at 1 pm on the boarding day), and the date of sample collection must be indicated in the test result (official certificate).
   • Dream cruises accepts the Covid-19 negative test results test via SMS, "Travel with Peace" app or "Healthcare" app.

4. Boarding Documents

   • Hong Kong permanent residents: present the original Hong Kong identity card Note: Under 11 years old must bring the original Hong Kong permanent identity card and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Re-entry Permit/Passport
   • Hong Kong residents (non-permanent): produce the original proof of identity and travel documents i) Hong Kong identity card + valid Hong Kong Document of Identity for Visa Purposes / ii) Hong Kong identity card + passport + Hong Kong, multiple-entry long-stay visa Note: travellers under the age of 11 must bring Hong Kong ID card + passport + Hong Kong area multiple entry and long-term residence visa

5. In order to reduce waiting time and gathering at the cruise terminal, Dream Cruises strongly recommends that passengers must arrive at the terminal according to the designated time specified in the cruise ticket.

   

Boarding Procedures

1. Arrive at the ground floor lobby of Kai Tak Cruise Terminal at the time specified on the cruise ticket
2. Scan the QR Code of "Leave Home Safe", take a temperature check and fill in the health declaration form
3. Present vaccination records. If you are not suitable for vaccination due to health reasons, please show your doctor’s certificate
4. Present the Covid-19 PCR negative test result issued (specimen collected within 48 hours of departure day 1pm)
5. Baggage check-in
6. Proceed to the boarding lobby on the 2nd floor
7. Check-in and Collect Room Key
8. Collect Tracey
9. Wait for boarding
