Terms and Conditions

• The ticket is valid for a stay of zero (0) to fourteen (14) days for each roundtrip journey.
• Two (2) roundtrips must be booked under the same Passenger Name Record (PNR) and be issued on the same ticket.
• Travel must originate from Hong Kong.
• Booking will be made under the Reservations Booking Designator (RBD) "M" class, and confirmation is subject to seat availability in this RBD at the time of booking.
• Once the ticket is issued, you must contact your ticket issuance office for rebooking. A fee of HK$600 per passenger, per segment will be charged for any changes.
• Rebooking and reissuance must be done at least two (2) hours prior to the originally ticketed flight/date/time. Otherwise, an additional no-show fee of HK$600 per passenger, per segment will be charged.
• The ticket includes a 20kg (one (1) piece maximum) check-in baggage allowance.
• The ticket is non-refundable, non-reroutable, and non-transferable.
• Passengers need to pay the applicable fuel surcharges and taxes at the time of ticketing.
• For involuntary flight cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking can only be applied once.
• For an accompanied child or infant occupying a seat, the same rate as an adult passenger applies.
• For an accompanied infant not occupying a seat, a charge of HK$260 per segment is applicable.
• Using the tickets out-of-sequence is not allowed. If, for any reason, a passenger misses the outbound flight of a roundtrip, the returning flight will still be valid. However, no refund will be given for the missed outbound sector, except unused taxes.
• If, for any reason, a passenger misses the first roundtrip, the second roundtrip will still be valid. However, no refund will be given for the missed first roundtrip except for unused taxes.
• Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Greater Bay Airlines.
