How to Get There: Transportation Options The terminal is conveniently connected to Singapore’s city center. You can choose from the following options based on your budget and luggage:

1. Official Seamless Connection: Disney Cruise Line (DCL) Transfer

Locations: Pick-up from Changi Airport, Marina Bay Sands, Raffles Hotel Singapore, and Shangri-la Rasa Sentosa.

Price: USD $23 per person, per way.

Advantage: Guests booking this service do not need to select a Port Arrival Time (PAT); the system will automatically handle your arrival window.

2. Public Transport

Mass Rapid Transit (MRT): Take the North-South Line (Red Line) to Marina South Pier Station. Use Exit B and walk approximately 650 meters (5–10 minutes) via the sheltered linkway to the terminal.

Public Bus: Service 400 provides a direct link between the Downtown Core and the cruise terminal.

3. Driving & Parking (Pre-booking Required)

Parking Fees (SGD): $110 for a 3-night cruise / $140 for a 4-night cruise.

Reservation: Must be booked via the official MBCCS website at least 24 hours (and up to 60 days) before departure.

4. Private Transport

Ride-Hailing (Grab/Gojek): Very common in Singapore. Set the drop-off point to "MBCCS Departure Level."

Taxis: Readily available throughout the city; drivers are well-acquainted with the terminal location.

Terminal Procedures: From Arrival to Boarding

Step 1: Baggage Drop-off

Upon arrival, proceed to the luggage handling area outside the main building.

Critical Rule: You cannot check in your luggage before your selected Port Arrival Time (PAT).

Step 2: Security & Entry

Enter the terminal building according to your assigned PAT. Have your Disney Cruise Line Navigator App ready to show your Digital Boarding Pass.

Expert Tip: Terminal space is limited. If you arrive too early, you will be asked to wait outside.

Step 3: Check-in Counters

Staff will verify your original passport and any necessary visas.

Onboard Account: If you chose "Cash" during online check-in, your account has an initial limit of USD $300. If exceeded, you must visit Guest Services onboard.

Step 4: Customs & Immigration

After check-in, you will pass through Singapore Customs and Immigration (automated gates or manual counters) to complete your departure formalities.
