4N Hong Kong To Taiwan Round Trip

1)If the cruise company imposes fuel surcharges or other applicable taxes, passengers are responsible for paying the difference. The actual amount will be determined and added to the final cruise fare based on the date the cruise line issues the notice.

2) Customers are required to hold valid travel documents for no less than 6 months beyond the end of their trip and one or more entry visas (if applicable). Our company and cruise line are not liable or responsible for any losses arising from personal identification documents.

3) Once the reservation has been confirmed, cruise tickets cannot be refunded, canceled, postponed, changed, or transferred.

4) Shore excursions, transfers, or other personal expenses are not included.

5)The cruise company may impose additional charges on passengers after departing if operational costs increase due to unavoidable reasons like war, political turmoil, natural disasters, epidemics and pandemics,bad weather, technical problems with vehicles, temporary changes in schedules or timetables by carriers, strikes, industrial actions, and so on.

6) If the itinerary cannot be stopped or changed due to unforeseeable or force majeure circumstances (such as war, political turmoil, natural disasters, epidemics and pandemics, typhoons, bad weather, rough seas, technical problems with transportation, temporary changes in schedules or timetables by carriers, strikes, industrial actions, etc.)Customers must agree and accept the arrangements made by the cruise company. Our company and the cruise company are not required to provide any compensation.

7) The departure, arrival, or dock time of the ports during the voyage may be adjusted, changed, or canceled according to the sailing situation. The cruise company reserves the right to make the final arrangement. The customer must agree and accept, which will not be deemed to violate the product description regulations. Customers are waiving the right to claim against our company and cruise company.

8) Customers must complete the personal information form and return it along with a copy of their travel documents.

9) Travel Industry Authority (TIA) advised all passengers to purchase travel insurance before departure.

11) The cruise company reserves the right to refuse boarding to customers who fail to provide their health condition during registration, depending on the customer’s health condition, and shall not be liable for any compensation for the fees.
